Charlotte Beilgard, age 68, passed away Aug. 8, 2014 here in Payson. She was born Dec. 5, 1945 in Port Acres, Texas and preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Oza Little; and one brother.
Charlotte was a member and co-founder of Unity of Payson Church, Payson Elks Lodge and Time Out’s Thrift Store shop manager. She loved to use her life experience to help others and spend time with her four grandbabies and three great-grandbabies.
She is survived by her husband, Keith Beilgard; son, Wendel Scott Roebuck; Melissa Broxton; and grandchildren, Joshua, Brandon, Katie, Cameron, Ellie, Baylee, Linda; her brother, Kenneth; and her sister, Evelyn.
There will be a service at Unity Church 10 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 17, 2014 at the Central Arizona Board of Realtors building behind Tiny’s Restaurant; and a memorial service at 1 p.m. at Messinger Payson Funeral Home, with a potluck lunch celebration.
