Obituary for Frances Mary Karpovich Mitchell

Frances Mary Karpovich Mitchell, 81, a resident of Payson for 20 years, passed away Aug. 8, 2013 surrounded by loved ones. She was born July 13, 1932 in Wellington, N.J.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Richard Mitchell; nine children, Richard Mitchell, Anne Mitchell, Mary Stout, Eileen Mitchell, Fredrick Mitchell, Frances Fleming (husband Joe Fleming), Michael Mitchell, Joseph Mitchell and Kathleen Mitchell. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, Kyle Mitchell, Alicia Bedoya, James Bedoya, Devinna Fleming, Amberlynn Fleming, Deanne Louie, Mikeyla Mitchell, Maranda Mitchell, Joseph Mitchell, Richard Mitchell, Christine Mitchell and David Mitchell; four great-grandchildren, Nathaniel Bedoya, Anthony Bedoya, Maryann Bedoya and Reagan Mitchell; and sister, Kay Vasta and her husband, Don Vasta.
Mrs. Mitchell graduated from St. Elizabeth College of Utica, N.Y., and was a dietitian.
She was well loved and will be dearly missed.
Services were held Aug. 15 at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church of Payson and she was laid to rest at Mountain Meadows Memorial Park.
